Deliveries
Australian deliveries
You will receive your order in approximately 5-7 working days.
For your protection all parcels within Australia will be sent registered mail.
Shipping and handling anywhere within Australia is $8.95.
International deliveries
Deliveries to countries outside Australia should be received in approximately 7-14 working days.
Shipping and handling for international order is $25.00.
International customers are responsible for local duties and taxes (see taxes). Note that delivery times may vary when an item is on back order.
For all international orders exceeding $200AUD we will require a faxed copy of both sides of the credit card as well as a copy of a photo ID from the cardholder.
Late deliveries
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
- Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.
- Orders placed after Midday will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.

Fun strives to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you’ve ordered. If something isn’t right let us know and we will send you a replacement.

Returns by mail
Please enclose your receipt and merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in a box and mail to:

Send the box back to us registered mail. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
Return to any Fun store
You can return merchandise for 'change of mind reasons' to any Fun Accessories store within 14 days of purchase. Just bring in your receipt and the credit card you used when you ordered. Please note that faulty goods should be returned within a reasonable time frame.
