Online ordering security
Protecting your personal and order information is a priority at funaccessories.com.au. We want you to be able to order from funaccessories.com.au with total confidence. As such we have created a secure transaction environment. We use PayPal for all payments to ensure full security and protection of your details. You do not require a PayPal account to use our service, credit cards can be used via the PayPal payment link.

The below information applies to online retail purchases only
You will receive your order in approximately 5-7 working days.
For your protection all parcels within Australia will be sent registered post and can be tracked.
Shipping and handling anywhere within Australia is a flat rate of $8.95.
New Zealand deliveries
Deliveries to New Zealand should be received in approximately 7-14 working days.
For your protection all parcels sent to New Zealand will be sent through Australia Post and can be tracked.
Shipping and handling for international orders is a flat rate of $24.95.
All orders can be tracked via the Australia Post website. Your tracking number will be emailed when your order is shipped.

Please note: Tracking details may not appear until the parcel has arrived at a delivery depot.
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
- Orders placed after midday will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day;
- PayPal authorisation must be received prior to processing;
- PayPal eChecks can take up to one week to clear; and
- Delays can be caused by public holidays and busy periods such as Christmas.

If an item arrives damaged you have 28 days to return it and you are eligible for a refund, replacement or you can choose other items to the same purchase value to replace the goods.
There is no refund for sale items (unless damaged), however you may choose other items for the same purchase price to replace the items.
Change of mind
We accept returns for change of mind reasons within 28 days of you receiving goods. You are eligible for refund, replacement or you can choose other items to the same purchase value to replace the goods. Excluding sale items, see above.
Earrings, tights, socks and beauty products
These items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged on arrival.
Returns by mail
Please enclose your receipt and merchandise within 28 days of receipt of the goods, in a box or satchel and mail to:

It is suggested that returns are sent by registered mail so you can track items. Fun Accessories will not be responsible for returns that never arrive. If you require a refund, please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
Return to our store
You can return merchandise to the Fun Accessories store within 28 days of purchase, above conditions apply. Just bring in your receipt and the goods.
Please note: Refunds can only be credited to the PayPal account used when placing the order or credit card for all online only transactions. We cannot refund in cash for online purchases. In store, we can only refund via the method used for the initial transaction.
